ZTP has a cloud platform which allows its customers to remotely monitor the status of these devices from an IoT perspective. These products are able to send telemetry and battery usage data to a server, which processes it in order to generate graphs, summary tables and audit dashboards to show to users.
The platform also takes care of sending alerts and notification emails when specific events of particular interest occur, such as, for example, an alarm. Using the mobile phone network, it also allows real-time interaction with the devices sold or rented, as well as knowing their position via a GPS signal.
Customization
The software has been designed in a way that allows it to be customized for customers who request it, both graphically and functionally. In this way, each platform operator can keep track of the KPIs of interest in the most satisfactory way, while finding this product perfectly integrated with the corporate brand identity.
Advantages
This system is useful to the customer as well as to ZTP itself which, thanks to analysis of the data received, can better manage such different dynamics as spare parts or a warranty on products linked to conditions of careful usage.
