My Label
MyLabel is a web and mobile platform which lets users and owners of Label automatic windows and doors to control them via a smartphone, or remotely by accessing a dedicated web portal via a browser.
Label is a company which works in the field of door automation. Its products have been sold and installed all over the world. Supermarkets, hospitals, shops, pharmacies, … all have one or more automatic doors to control access.
Operation
Thanks to MyLabel, users can set the operating mode of the doors in total safety and with great ease. In addition, MyLabel allows them to have a direct guided contact towards the relevant maintenance company and Label itself. It is therefore possible to open help desk tickets, as well as requesting remote assistance.
Through the MyLabel mobile app, users can also request changes to the operation and functioning of the door. A technician can intervene remotely in real time and send a configuration file to satisfy the customer’s request, without the need to physically operate on site.
The project is constantly being developed, the next goals include integrating Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GSM technologies for direct communication between port and server in the cloud. All by using IoT.
