Global Service is used as a management and remote management system for STEM articles<\/strong>, connecting via Bluetooth<\/strong> or Internet through the MQTT protocol<\/strong>. The system thus allows for remote firmware updates of the devices, sending remote commands, and reading diagnostic data. <\/p>\n

In this regard, significant analytical work has been carried out, leading to the design and implementation of a proprietary communication protocol. This protocol enables the interconnection of STEM products, even of different types, using a common and shared methodology. This allows for the use of heterogeneous technologies such as Bluetooth Low Energy<\/strong> and GSM<\/strong> while maintaining a uniform data structure. <\/p>\n

The collected informations are sent to the server, where the system is integrated with Azure’s IoT HUB service via the mobile application or directly through GSM. Here, the informations are stored, processed, and then analyzed to be summarized in dashboards that highlight the relevant KPIs, allowing the execution Business Intelligence operations, predictive maintenance, device health checks, and more. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
